LRE Foundation Repair is seeking driven sales professionals in Palm Coast, FL to meet homeowners, conduct in-home consultations, and present tailored repair proposals. You will diagnose issues, prepare detailed pricing and specs, and negotiate to close deals while attending regular trainings.

Note: Selected candidates will participate in our 5-week sales training program beginning November 2, 2026. This immersive training experience is designed to provide the tools, knowledge, and hands-on coaching needed to build a successful sales career with LRE Foundation Repair. Training will be based out of our Sanford office, and selected candidates are expected to attend in person for 3 of the 5 weeks of the program.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to enter crawlspaces under homes as needed.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Comfortable and confident with transitioning to a 100% commission-based salary following the completion of training.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn state-of-the-art software.
