Job summary

LRE Foundation Repair, based in Florida, is hiring for a high-growth sales role. You will meet homeowners at appointments and self-generated opportunities, conduct inspections, and present tailored proposals. This position emphasizes closing deals, surpassing sales goals, and building lasting client relationships.

Training begins Oct 26, 2026 at our Sanford office with in-person sessions for 3 of 5 weeks. Top reps earn substantial commissions in a supportive culture with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to enter crawlspaces under homes.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on customer experience.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Open to transitioning to 100% commission-based salary after training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments and through self-generated opportunities.
• Conduct in-home inspections, consultations, and tailored presentations.
• Diagnose issues and create detailed proposals with photos, pricing, and specs.
• Negotiate, close deals, and consistently surpass sales goals.
• Attend weekly meetings and ongoing training at one of our offices.
• Build lasting client relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
