Koehler Welding Supply, Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Outside Sales Coordinator to join our team!

As an Outside Sales Coordinator, you are a key member of the team supporting our outside sales team and helping drive business growth. This role serves as a liaison between customers, field salesmen, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and accurate order processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support outside sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with purchasing, accounting, and warehouse operations.
• Prepare sales quotes.
• Process customer orders and confirm delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Communicate with customers and outside sales team on order status, pricing, and product availability.
• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Generate reports for sales team and customers.
• Assist with prospective leads in generation of business growth.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
