WindowRama is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to represent our premium window and door solutions in the field on Long Island. The role involves on-site homeowner consultations, quoting, closing deals, and managing the installation process.

This full-time, on-the-road position offers a guaranteed base with commission, a base salary range of $50,000–$65,000 plus commissions, and benefits such as 401(k) matching and paid training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, SPECIFICALLY SELLING IN HOMES
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors and in residential settings
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs- samples

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for on-site consultations
• Identify customer needs and recommend window/door solutions
• Prepare and present quotes
• Close sales and manage the process through installation
• Build referral and self-generated business within your territory
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity
