We are a Maui-based equipment rental company seeking motivated, self-driven Sales Associates to grow our client base across the island. This is an independent contractor (1099) position offering unlimited earning potential through a competitive commission structure. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and community connections
• Present and promote our equipment rental offerings to residential, commercial, and event clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
• Manage your own pipeline and follow up consistently to close deals
• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure accurate order details and smooth customer handoffs
• Stay current on our inventory, pricing, and any seasonal promotions
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the rental process
