Renewal by Andersen is the premier replacement window and door specialist, part of Andersen Windows. The Design Consultant role in Lawrenceville, GA offers in-home consultations, uncapped commissions, and a proven sales system, with pre-set appointments and full benefits.

You will travel locally to meet homeowners and close deals using a consultative approach. Advising homeowners and tailoring demonstrations, you’ll operate in a competitive, growth-focused environment with world-class training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Strong ability to connect, build trust quickly and close the deal.
• Comfort leading conversations, overcoming objections, and guiding decisions.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are available.

Responsibilities

• Travel to 1-2 in-home appointments per day (no cold calls or door knocking).
• Present tailored solutions using dynamic product demos.
• Educate, engage, and guide customers toward confident decisions.
• Close deals in a one-call consultative sale using our proven sales methodology.
