Generator Supercenter of Fort Myers is an electrical contracting company that sells, installs, repairs and services Generac whole home standby generators. We are looking to add to our team a new salesperson from any of the following areas: Sarasota, Cape Coral, Fort Myers or Naples.
Job Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with outstanding customer service and relationship building skills. This position is 100% commission based and offers an unlimited earning potential. No cold calling required. The customer service/sales specialist provides in-home, face-to-face estimates/quotes to homeowners who have expressed interest in a Generac standby generator for their home. The goal is to offer the best possible customer experience while educating the consumer and completing the sale. The customer service/sales specialist provide hands-on explanations of generators, installation, and service. Willing to train the right candidate - (starting as an inside sales support role to learn all sides of the business)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide customers information about the company, product, prices and availability
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs
- Create estimates, quotes, contracts and provide to client on the spot
- Close deals
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
- Perform administrative duties
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations, and attending trade shows.
- Take pictures, create drawings and notate the job in company’s CRM
- Travel to service areas to represent the company and achieve the assigned goals

Qualifications
- Minimum of one year sales experience or experience with constructions sales
- Must have reliable transportation.
