Job summary

Pine Belt CDJR MS is seeking an experienced Tire Service Technician to respond to roadside and on-site service calls with a fully equipped service truck. You will mount, balance, and repair tires across passenger, light truck, commercial, and industrial applications, diagnosing tire-related issues and performing light mechanical repairs as needed.

The role requires inspecting tires and wheels, operating TPMS, and maintaining the truck and tools in safe condition.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Overtime may be required.

• Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck.
• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair all types of tires, including passenger, light truck, commercial, and industrial.
• Diagnose and repair tire-related issues and perform light mechanical repairs as needed.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform fleet inspections and preventative maintenance checks when required.
• Operate TPMS and other diagnostic tools.
• Maintain the service truck, tools, and equipment in safe operating condition.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication of service details and timelines.
• Assist with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls.

Assist with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls.

Skills / Education / Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).

• Possible overtime may be required.

Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.

Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30-250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.

Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
