Southern Tire Mart in Sparks, NV, is seeking an on-site service technician to respond to roadside and shop calls with a fully equipped service truck.

You will mount, balance, and repair all tire types, diagnose tire issues, and perform light mechanical work as needed, while inspecting wear, inflation, and tire condition. You’ll operate TPMS and maintain safety and timelines, with opportunities for overtime and training.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Possible overtime may be required.
• Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
• Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

• Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of service details and timelines.
• Assist with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls.
