Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is seeking a results-driven sales professional to generate new business and manage fleets in the Abilene area. You will prospect, cold call, and build relationships with fleet managers, trucking companies, and owner-operators to grow revenue.

You will maintain existing accounts with exceptional service, recommend tires and maintenance services, and develop quotes and contracts. Travel locally and meet sales targets while collaborating with service teams and staying current on

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Prior sales experience in B2B, automotive, tire, or fleet industries preferred.
• Basic understanding of tire types, commercial vehicle maintenance, or willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Overtime maybe required.
