Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Ocala, FL. You will reach out to homeowners to generate sales and explain the value of our pest control services. Training is provided, and no prior sales experience is required.

You will work with a friendly team, build relationships, and handle sales documents. The role offers competitive pay with base plus uncapped commissions, plus a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately to support Pest Control Techs.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners.

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
