Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Stow, OH seeks an Account Representative for dock and door outside sales. You will maximize sales within your territory, develop existing accounts, and pursue new business opportunities while building strong relationships with key customers.

You will map a territory plan, maintain accurate records of calls and activities, participate in training to expand product knowledge, and travel to nearby branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than 2 years related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the sale of dock and door equipment & parts within a defined territory.
• Develop existing accounts and seek new business; build strong customer relationships.
• Develop a territory management plan to maximize customer time and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files and activities; discuss with Sales Manager.
• Participate in training and meetings to enhance product knowledge; travel to Northern Kentucky branch as needed.
