Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial or technical sales experience, ideally in fluid power sales.
• Experience in cold calls, sales presentations, and qualification of leads.
• Valid driver's license required; overnight travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain existing accounts in assigned territory.
• Full cycle prospecting activities with the support of customer service teams.
• Create a sales plan with your Manager to achieve sales goals.

We currently have a fantastic Fluid Power Outside Sales Account Manager opportunity available that will manage a territory in Cincinnati, OH and surrounding areas. In this position you will develop new business while being supported by our highly knowledgeable customer serviceteam and supportive managerswho willassist you in meeting and exceeding your sales goals. We seek an individual with a competitive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

Experience, Skills, and Education

• Bachelors degree or a 2 year technical degree, preferably in Fluid Power; or any suitable combination of education, training and work experience
• Fluid Power certification is preferred
• 2+ years industrial or technical sales experience with at least 1 years in fluid power sales preferred
• Application and troubleshooting experience with fluid power products and systems;
• Ability to establish, build, and maintain business relationships.
• Ability to grow revenue and increase margins.
• Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency is required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Overnight travel may be required

• Work with your Manager to create a sales plan to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts

• Collaborate with knowledgeable customer service and technical support teams who will assist you in meeting and exceeding your goals
• Utilization of tools, resources and CRM to plan and manage time and territory
