HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to contact homeowners, present services, and close sales in the field. No prior sales experience is required—we will train you and support your growth in a friendly outdoor environment.

You will build relationships, explain pricing, handle sales documents, and work flexible hours driving to customer sites. A company vehicle, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam''s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.

Responsibilities

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Outside Warranty Consultant, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
