Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense invites you to join as an Inside Sales Representative. You will contact homeowners in your area, explain pest-control solutions, and help them choose the right service.

No prior sales experience is required because comprehensive training is provided. You’ll enjoy competitive pay with hourly wages plus commissions, a company vehicle and gas card, and a full benefits package with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales by door knocking, mail, and calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners using patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services.
• Complete sales documents accurately so Pest Control Techs have all needed info.

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
