Job summary

HomeTeam is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to reach out to homeowners in the assigned area, explaining the benefits of pest control products and services. You’ll knock on doors, mail, and call prospects to generate sales while building lasting relationships.

No sales experience is required as training is provided; you must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and hold a valid driver’s license. A company vehicle is supplied.

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
