Job summary

HomeTeam in Ocala, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help homeowners by reaching out with door-to-door, mail, and phone outreach.

No sales experience is required—training will be provided. You’ll explain the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s services and coordinate with Pest Control Techs to ensure smooth service.

This role offers hourly pay plus commission, a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and strong opportunities for growth in a supportive, outdoors-friendly environment.

• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
