Job description

Join Clearent by Xplor as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Wichita, KS, to make a real impact every day. We believe every conversation, code line, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers' experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, some of the responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
  3. Manage your pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce.
  4. Prepare presentations and proposals using Clearent by Xplor's electronic applications.
  5. Educate merchants and business owners about the payment processing industry.
  6. Maintain regular communication with sales leadership.
  7. Close sales of our payment processing services to meet minimum requirements.
  8. Compensation will be based on commissions.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to source leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive.
  • Alignment with our core values and good human qualities.
  • Location: Fully remote work possible with eligible rights and regional presence.
