Join Clearent by Xplor as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Little Rock, AR, to make a real impact every day. Every conversation, code, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new businesses
  • Manage your pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce
  • Prepare presentations and proposals with our electronic applications
  • Educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry
  • Maintain regular communication with sales leadership
  • Close sales of our payment processing services to meet minimum requirements
  • Compensation is based on commissions

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Proactive, motivated learner with a drive to achieve goals
  • Alignment with our four core values and being a good human
  • Location: Fully remote with eligible work rights and ability to be in the field of your region
