Job Description
Join Clearent by Xplor as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Grand Rapids, MI to make a real impact every day. Every conversation, code line, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers’ experiences.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners
- Collaborate with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
- Manage your pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce
- Prepare presentations and proposals with Clearent by Xplor’s electronic tools
- Educate merchants and business owners on payment processing industry
- Maintain regular communication with sales leadership
- Close sales of our payment processing services to meet minimum requirements
- Compensation will be based on commissions

Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Hunter mentality, professional demeanor, integrity, high urgency
- Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, networking
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with strong goal orientation
