Join Clearent by Xplor as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Battle Creek, MI, to make a real impact daily. Every conversation, code line, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new businesses
  • Manage your pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using our electronic applications
  • Educate merchants and business owners on payment processing industry
  • Maintain regular communication with sales leadership
  • Close sales of our payment processing services to meet minimum requirements

Compensation is based on commissions.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Hunter mentality, professionalism, integrity, and urgency
  • Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, networking
  • Proactive, motivated learner with a strong drive
  • Alignment with our core values and good human qualities
  • Location: Fully remote, with eligible work rights and regional presence
