Job summary

HyperHired LLC. seeks commission-only 1099 commercial roofing sales reps in the United States. You’ll leverage existing property-management relationships to generate leads, take measurements, and close high-margin re-roofing projects. This is an independent contractor role with uncapped earnings.

Success is measured by activity, close rate, and earned commissions. Expect onboarding, first commission within 30 days, and potential to reach top-tier earnings beyond $500K annually in the first year.

Job description

Create relationships with property management companies, business owners, and Real estate investors, etc. Take measurements of roofs, core samples, photos, notes, send information to the office for one of our estimators to price accordingly. Salesman will then take the estimate back to the owner or property manager and sell the project.

What you'll be doing

• Commission-only 1099 commercial roofing reps leverage their existing B2B property-management relationships to quickly generate leads and close high-margin commercial re-roof projects
• Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
• Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $300K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $500K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
