Compensation Overview: The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries across the country. The actual salary will depend on factors such as role scope, complexity, location, candidate skills, education, training, credentials, experience, and other employment conditions. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentives as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.
Salary Range: $101,300.00 - $167,000.00

What Is the Opportunity? There is also a potential for a $5,000 sign-on bonus! This position is based 100% remotely and may include a combination of mobile work and/or work from your primary residence. The role will cover specific areas in Maryland, so residency in or around these territories is required.
Role Responsibilities: Under general direction and as a member of the local line of business management team, responsible for product quality and performance of a team of Outside Property claim professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to staff. Serve as a field representative for the Home Office Property product as needed. Reinforce LOB vision, strategies, and objectives through actions and communication.
