Job summary

Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking a driven individual to join our Southaven, MS team as a full-time Business Development Representative. This Outside Pre-Sales role emphasizes building rapport with homeowners and scheduling appointments for our Closing Sales Reps, with a base pay of $46,800 per year plus commission.

You’ll work with a benefits-rich package and opportunities for growth, supporting customers as they restore and beautify home exteriors after storms or wear.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage
• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full‑time role with the following schedule:

• Winter: Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm and Saturday 10 am–3 pm
• Summer: Monday–Friday 11 am–7 pm and Saturday 9 am–2 pm
