Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking driven individuals to join our team as full-time Business Development Representative. This is your chance to step into a role where your personality, ambition, and determination matter.

As a BDR, you will canvass neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, and introduce them to our restoration solutions. You will schedule appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives, serving as the friendly first impression that sets the tone for the customer

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver''s license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage
• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to meet homeowners and understand needs
• Build genuine rapport with homeowners
• Introduce them to restoration solutions offered by Southern Roofing and Renovations
• Schedule appointments for Closing Sales Representatives
• Serve as the friendly first impression that sets the tone for the customer experience

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full‑time role with the following schedule:

• Winter: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm and Saturday 10 am-3 pm
• Summer: Monday-Friday 11 am-7 pm and Saturday 9 am-2 pm
