Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking driven individuals to join our team as full-time Business Development Representatives. This role rewards your personality, ambition and determination with a meaningful sales career in home restoration.

You'll canvass neighborhoods, build genuine rapport with homeowners, and schedule appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives, becoming the friendly first impression that sets the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage.
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Canvas neighborhoods, build rapport with homeowners, and introduce restoration solutions; schedule appointments for Closing Sales Representatives.
• Serve as the friendly first impression that sets the tone for the customer experience.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This Is a Full‑time Role With The Following Schedule

• Winter: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm and Saturday 10 am-3 pm
• Summer: Monday-Friday 11 am-7 pm and Saturday 9 am-2 pm
