Job summary

The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to grow our parts and accessories business in the Portage, IN territory. You will promote and sell parts, service and related solutions to new and existing customers, building strong relationships across our dealer network.

Key duties include generating new sales opportunities, visiting accounts daily, coordinating with counter personnel, and attending training seminars.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in related field preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and MVR adherence to company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities via product information, flyers, product representatives, telemarketing, and other advertising media.
• Calls on new accounts daily promoting TLG parts, service, body shop and truck.
• Coordinates with counter personnel on available parts.
• Participates in training seminars provided by the Parts Department and outside sources.
• Maintains quality and professional relations with customers.
• Responsible for the cleaning and proper maintenance of company vehicles.
• Promotes online parts counter and other tools used to increase sales.
• Responsible for reaching established sales targets.
• Follows all safety procedures and local laws when traveling and ensures company vehicle is serviced regularly.
• Delivers parts and other assignments as needed.
