Job summary

The Preserve at Eisenhower Golf Course in Crownsville, MD, part of Troon Golf, LLC, seeks a part-time Outside Operations Attendant to support cart and driving range operations and guest service.

Competitive pay range: $15.00–$16.00 per hour, with opportunities in Starter, Ranger and Golf Shop duties and safety-conscious work practices.

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Primarily Golf Cart and Driving Range operations, plus Starter, Ranger and Golf Shop duties.
• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

The Preserve at Eisenhower Golf Course, located in Crownsville, MD, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Operations Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Range:

$15.00-16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily Golf Cart and Driving Range operations, but not limited to Starter, Ranger and Golf Shop duties.


• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.


• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.


• Assists in educating players regarding the game.


• Directs start of play when necessary.


• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.


• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.


• Assists with food and beverage activities.


• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.


• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One-month related experience or training.


• Regular and reliable attendance.
