Renewal by Andersen is seeking a dynamic field sales representative to meet homeowners at their homes, discuss window and door needs, and schedule in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is required.

Training is provided; you’ll start at $21/hour, move to $23/hour after onboarding, and reach $25/hour as a permanent base after 50 qualified appointments, with uncapped bonuses and a $300 sign-on bonus.

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible!

What You’ll Earn:

• $21/hour during paid training and onboarding
• $23/hour upon completion of training
• $25/hour permanent base rate after generating 50 qualified appointments for our sales team
• Uncapped performance bonuses on top of your hourly pay
• $300 sign-on bonus
