As an Allstate Sales Consultant, you’ll do more than sell insurance — you’ll help customers protect what matters most while building a purposeful career backed by a Fortune 100 brand.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving local sales growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, networking, and community relationship building. You’ll identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans, offering products that provide comprehensive protection. Building strong referral relationships within your community is essential to your success.

This role requires full licensing and is ideal for driven professionals with active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses who are passionate about community connection, solution-based selling, and delivering excellent customer experiences. We invest in your success from day one, with licensing fee reimbursements available for Motor Club, Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses (capped at $400 per license, with some exceptions).

Producers can earn between $80,000 - $120,000 annually through a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and an annual bonus.

What You’ll Do
Drive Local Impact:
  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and outreach.
  • Build genuine relationships and become a trusted resource in your local market.
Deliver Tailored Solutions:
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Identify coverage gaps and offer customized solutions for full protection.
Be the Face of Allstate:
  • Participate in local events like car shows, open houses, and expos.
  • Represent Allstate professionally, with care and credibility.
Build Your Brand:
  • Create a personalized marketing plan to increase outreach and visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry and marketing trends to adapt strategies.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of insurance sales experience
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
  • Ability to leverage personal and professional connections
  • Passion for community engagement and relationship-building
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Reliable internet and transportation for local travel
  • Availability for full-time training (9 AM–5:30 PM CT for the first 3 weeks)

Compensation & Perks
  • Total Target Compensation: $80,000–$120,000/year (base + uncapped incentives)
