As an Allstate Sales Consultant, you'll do more than sell insurance — you'll help customers protect what matters most while building a purposeful career backed by a Fortune 100 brand.

In this role, you'll drive local sales growth through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and relationship building within your community. You'll identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans and offer products that ensure comprehensive protection, building strong referral relationships along the way.

This role requires full licensing and is ideal for driven professionals with active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. We support your success from day one, with licensing fee reimbursements available for Motor Club, Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses (up to $400 per license, with some exceptions).

Producers can earn between $80,000 - $120,000 annually, including a competitive salary, uncapped commissions, and an annual bonus.

What You'll Do
  1. Drive Local Impact: Prospect and generate leads via networking, referrals, events, and outreach. Build genuine relationships to become a trusted resource in your local market.
  2. Deliver Tailored Solutions: Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance products and identify coverage gaps to provide full protection.
  3. Be the Face of Allstate: Participate in local events and represent Allstate professionally, demonstrating care and credibility.
  4. Build Your Brand: Develop a marketing plan to enhance outreach and visibility, staying current on industry trends to adapt strategies effectively.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of insurance sales experience
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
  • Strong connection leveraging, relationship-building, and community engagement skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Reliable internet and transportation for local travel
  • Availability for full-time training (9 AM-5:30 PM CT for the first 3 weeks)

Compensation & Perks
  • Total Target Compensation: $80,000-$120,000/year (base + incentives)
