As an Allstate Sales Consultant, you’ll do more than sell insurance — you’ll help customers protect what matters most while building a career with purpose, backed by a Fortune 100 brand.

In this role, you’ll drive local sales growth through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and relationship building within your community. You’ll identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans, offering products that ensure comprehensive protection. Building strong referral relationships will be key to your success.

This position requires full licensing and is ideal for motivated professionals with active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. We support your success from day one, including licensing fee reimbursements (up to $400 per license).

Producers can earn between $80,000 - $120,000 annually with a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and an annual bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Local Impact: Prospect, generate leads, network, and build relationships in your community.
  2. Deliver Tailored Solutions: Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  3. Be the Face of Allstate: Participate in local events and represent Allstate professionally.
  4. Build Your Brand: Develop marketing strategies to increase local visibility.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years insurance sales experience
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Reliable internet and transportation for local travel
  • Availability for full-time training (9 AM–5:30 PM CT for 3 weeks)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Total Target Compensation: $80,000–$120,000/year (base + incentives)
  • Base Salary Range: $40,000–$60,000
  • Performance incentives, stipends, and background check required
