Job summary

Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking self-motivated, relationship-driven professionals for an outside sales career in the Fairfax, VA area. This full-time role offers autonomy, flexible earnings, and support from a Fortune 100 company to help protect auto, home, life, and specialty insurance.

The position is not remote and requires commuting to the Fairfax office. You will build a book of business, leverage leads, and use multi-carrier platforms to tailor solutions while advancing your sales

Responsibilities

Sell auto, home, life, and related insurance products using a consultative, needs-based approach.
Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
Identify prospective customers using established lead methodologies and relationship-driven outreach.
Document customer interactions and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Use insurance sales technology and multi-carrier platforms to tailor solutions.
Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives.
