Job summary

Baylands Golf Links in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a part-time Outside Guest Service Attendant to provide courteous service to members and guests while assisting with golf club operations. You will help with bag handling, club cleaning, and guiding players on etiquette and pace of play.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Rate:
$17.30 - $18.70 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
