Job summary

Baylands Golf Links, located in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking a part-time Outside Guest Service Attendant to join Troon. You will deliver courteous guest service, assist with golf operations, and help manage start times and club rentals at Baylands.

The position offers growth in golf club operations and interaction with members and guests, with responsibilities including club cleaning and light beverage service. This role supports a globally recognized Troon-managed course.

• Performs other duties as required.

Baylands Golf Links, located in Palo Alto, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Rate:

$17.30 - $18.70 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
