Job summary

Wausau Country Club in Schofield, WI, is seeking a part-time Outside Services Attendant to support members and guests with bag handling and club cleaning, educate players, and direct play when needed. As an associate of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and hospitality operations.

The ideal candidate has at least one month of related experience and a commitment to reliable attendance, with duties including upkeep of gear, club rentals, and some food/beverage support.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains records of golfers renting clubs.
• Serves customers renting clubs and cleans rental clubs after return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.

Key Responsibilities of the Outside Services Attendant:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Outside Services Attendant:

• One month related experience or training.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
