Austin Country Club in Austin, MN is seeking a part-time Outside Service Attendant for a seasonal position lasting up to 6 months. The role involves greeting members, handling golf bags, and supporting golf operations with a customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collects green and cart fees from guests and processes in the POS system as trained.
• Issues receipts for guest purchases.
• Takes messages for staff or guests.
• Assists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with golf bags.
• Clean, stage, and store golf carts.
• Set up and maintain the driving range and practice facilities.
• Ensure bag drop, cart barn, and practice areas remain clean and organized.
• Assist with club storage and bag room organization.
• Provide general support to the Golf Professional Staff.
• Deliver a high level of customer service at all times.
• Follow all club safety and operational procedures.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$11.41 - $12.00 per hour plus tips

Key Responsibilities:

• Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
