FreshPoint, Inc. in the North Palm Beach area is seeking an outside sales professional to promote our products and services and build relationships with new and existing accounts. The role may require non-traditional hours to meet customer needs.

You will travel to customer sites, gain product knowledge, and contribute to sales and profit goals. We offer competitive base salary, bonus, and benefits, with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, and/or chef/restaurant management experience, and/or related (Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality; or Culinary Arts) degree.
• 1 year of outside foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Restaurant management / chef experience preferred.
• Bi-Lingual preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record that meets company insurability standards.
• Current automobile insurance with required limits.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth in the assigned territory.
• Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet those needs.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend products based on business needs and goals.
• Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' offerings; share information with customers.
• Answer questions about products, prices, availability, and usage.
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, meetings, etc.
• Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, per credit terms.
• Manage deliveries to routing schedule and troubleshoot order issues.
• Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and events.
• Attend sales and district meetings and engage in ongoing training.
