Job summary

Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company, seeks a Field Sales Representative to build relationships with prospective and existing customers on a full-time W-2 basis in Texas. Expect uncapped commissions, paid training, and provided leads, with 2-3 pre-qualified appointments daily and a strong earnings potential.

You will learn product lines, negotiate terms, and work with leaders to hit sales goals while delivering excellent customer experiences. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality.
• Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
• Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas.
• Promote company products and services.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience.
• Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
