Job summary

Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with homeowners and partners across Texas. This full-time, W-2 role offers uncapped commissions and training pay with strong earning potential, including guaranteed base earnings and performance-based bonuses.

You will learn product lines, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from presentation to close, with pre-qualified leads and a supportive team backing your success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales - a plus!
• Strong sense of Ambition, Self-Motivation and Self-Discipline

• Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
• Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
• Promote company products and services
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
• Provide best-in-class customer experience
• Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays
