Job summary

Statewide Remodeling, Inc. is hiring a Field Sales Representative to build relationships with prospective and existing customers in a full-time, W-2 role. You’ll learn product lines, negotiate deals, promote services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while working a schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays.

Average earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000 yearly, with top performers earning $350K+. Training starts 11/30/26 and all leads are provided.

Qualifications

• Positive, flexible, determined with a persuasive personality.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales is a plus.
• Strong ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; able to speak publicly with confidence.
• Own a reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
• Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas.
• Promote company products and services.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience.
• Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
