Power Home Remodeling Group in Texas is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present energy-efficient remodeling options, and apply our proven sales process. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while building relationships with customers.

You can earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a $3,900 sign-on bonus paid weekly during the initial training period. Office locations include Irving, Fort Worth, and McKinney.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident presenting to new people.
• Self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals.

• Learn POWER’s sales process through training and coaching.
