SSTAR is seeking an Outreach Worker for Project Aware to conduct outreach, provide secondary services, and assist providers in meeting clients’ needs on the medical unit and in the community. The role includes operating a van or RV safely between outreach locations and requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Shift: Monday - Thursday 12:00pm - 4:00pm and Friday 8am - 4pm. Benefits include health and disability insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for CEUs.

The Outreach WorkerIn Project Aware conductsoutreach among vulnerable populations, provides targeted secondaryservices and assists Provider to meet clients’ needs both on themedical unit and in the community. This role also includesresponsibility for safely operating and transporting the outreach vanor RV to and from designated outreach locations.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Duties & Responsibilities
Maintains current awareness of SSTAR’s communications bychecking, reviewing and
responding to work emails at minimumon a weekly basis. Asks for assistance when needing help
orto fully understand the email message.
Education & Experience
Two years of full-time experience in the field of health care,medical care or public health education in a recognized hospital,medical facility, or agency.
Pay Rate Range: $18.00 - 21.00/ hour
