Job summary

The Trainer will assist the Training Manager in implementing DePelchin Children's Center’s Outreach strategy for Foster Care and Residential Services. The Trainer will also provide presentations and conduct public speaking both internally and externally to promote the Mission, Vision, Philosophy and Values of the organization to staff and the community.

This role requires coordinating training, creating collateral, coordinating with outside agencies, and promoting the organization's values

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or marketing.
• Two years of relevant experience in community outreach/engagement, relationship building, and public speaking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors services delivered for compliance with accreditation, licensing, and regulatory bodies.
• Assures appropriate interfacing among programs and with community partners.
• Participates in recruitment and training activities as needed.
• Coordinates with outside agencies to provide training for staff and community.
• Promotes the organization's Mission, Vision, Philosophy and Values.
