Pomelo Care is seeking an Outreach Training and Program Manager to partner with our current manager to onboard and develop the outreach team. You will lead training sessions, shadowing, and material creation to scale our outreach capabilities.

You will train and monitor new hires, manage onboarding milestones, oversee QA, build knowledge bases in our systems, and handle eligibility checks and time cards while supporting patient inquiries. You may conduct calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, QA, and performance management, preferably in healthcare or call centers.
• Proven track record leading engaging training sessions and coaching.
• Strong organization and reliability with collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Co-Leadership & Training: train new hires on outreach processes, shadowing, and materials.
• Performance Management: manage onboarding milestones and performance tracking.
• Training Operations: schedule training cycles, equipment receipt, onboarding timelines.
• Quality Assurance: QA calls, score performance, provide actionable feedback.
• Administrative Support: conduct eligibility checks, manage documentation and time cards.
• Patient Outreach & Engagement: handle inbound calls and outbound outreach as needed.
