As Outreach & Engagement Manager, you will coach a team of outreach specialists to drive enrollment and activation KPIs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public health, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare management, outbound calling, and proactive outreach.
• Familiarity with Medicaid policies and value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of outreach specialists to achieve enrollment KPIs.
• Facilitate onboarding and training of new specialists.
• Analyze outreach performance metrics to improve enrollments and CAC.
• Monitor call quality and adherence to protocols via audits.
• Maintain documentation while ensuring privacy compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements for outbound/inbound calls.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and adjust strategies.
• Create and maintain team schedules for adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations in outreach activities.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment for growth.
