As an Outreach Specialist, you'll work directly in rural areas, helping eligible individuals connect with free Lifeline service and other wireless benefits. A self-motivated, independent worker thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Easy Wireless at outreach locations in the territory.
• Engage prospective customers and explain Lifeline services.
• Qualify applicants and complete electronic enrollments.
• Activate devices and assist new customers with setup.
• Set up and maintain outreach locations with company equipment.
• Build relationships within the communities served.
• Meet performance standards while delivering customer service.

What You'll Do

• Represent Easy Wireless at community outreach locations throughout your assigned territory.
• Engage prospective customers and explain available Lifeline services.
• Qualify applicants and complete electronic enrollments.
• Activate devices and assist new customers with basic setup.
• Set up and maintain professional outreach locations using company-provided equipment.
• Build relationships within the communities you serve.
• Meet and maintain established performance standards while providing outstanding customer service.
