Job summary

Easy Wireless is expanding its outreach team and is seeking an Outreach Specialist to work directly in rural communities, helping eligible individuals connect with free wireless Lifeline service.

You will travel to various locations, engage customers, qualify applicants, enroll them, and assist with device setup while building relationships and meeting performance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Easy Wireless at community outreach locations in your assigned territory.
• Engage prospective customers and explain Lifeline services.
• Qualify applicants and complete electronic enrollments.
• Activate devices and assist new customers with basic setup.
• Set up and maintain professional outreach locations using company equipment.
• Build relationships within the communities you serve.
• Meet and maintain established performance standards while providing outstanding customer service.
