What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to educate patients about Advanced Care Planning and schedule appointments
- Address patient concerns and objections regarding Advanced Care Planning
- Respond to calls, texts, and emails by providing guidance on patient inquiries
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and meet key performance metrics, including call volume and conversion rates
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in healthcare
- 1 year of telephonic patient outreach, customer service, or sales experience
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working remotely
