Please note: This position is required to travel by car throughout the state at least 50% of the time to deliver presentations and counsel members regarding TRS benefit options. Under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment within the limits of established procedures, this position provides comprehensive assistance and customer service to TRS members regarding all TRS benefits programs, via telephone, face-to-face meetings, and large group presentations.
